Got to hang out with this lovely family at their home last year to document that time in their life. Their baby boy wasn’t quite a year old and a perfect time to capture him before he got too mobile. One of my favorite moments was the one you see above with the kids eating a snack. Big brother was being quite protective about his snack and the little guy was persistent in trying to get a piece of it. I love getting to see and capture a range of emotions and personalities of little people. To me, these real moments captured are the stories that you will remember long memories fade away.
The last two images in color are photographed on 35 mm film. Also, the last image is a custom display idea that was prepared for the family with their gallery images. They ended up picking several of these for their wall display and they were further customized for their space.
