A few months ago, I had an opportunity to reconnect with my old friend Aki that wanted some updated Mother Daughter Portraits. Aki is a fabulous Early Childhood and Family Consultant that helps you in your parenting journey to build a lifelong relationship with your kids. Eight years back, I had taken portraits of her daughter that I look back upon fondly as a kid with two front missing teeth marking a milestone. When they arrived for the session we were losing light with a shortened day and we chased light up the light to make these portraits. Most of these favorites were shot on medium format Kodak film. Even with the fading light, film holds up beautifully and I used one roll of film along with my digital camera.
